Dear Valued Customer, MDS would like to take this opportunity to update you to a network issue which has caused latency within our network. The unoffical explanation at this time is that the cross connects that interconnect our fiber provider, Level3 and our IP Providers NTT and Qwest had an issue that caused severe latency within our network. We will be working closely over the next upcoming days to ultimately understand what had led to the interruption. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
